Cabin Sites

Our cabins on Lake Livingston and the Trinity River offer an open floor plan that is fully furnished with a queen memory foam mattress, 1 bathroom and will comfortably sleep 4 guests.

In the loft sleeping area, there are 2 additional twin memory foam mattresses. A small round dinette rests in the corner next to the windows for plenty of natural lighting.

You will find all of your major full-sized appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave in the fully stocked kitchen. Utensils, cookie sheets, pizza pans, and wine glasses are provided along with linens for the beds and the bathroom.

Basic cleaning supplies will be provided such as 1 roll of paper towels and a multipurpose cleaner.  Step out onto the spacious back porch to stargaze or unwind while watching the sun set behind the Trinity River.

Daily: $135  |  Weekly: $675

$50 cleaning fee per stay. And if you are bringing pets then there is also a $50 Non-Refundable Pet fee.

This two-bedroom 458 sq. ft. cabin is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and will comfortably sleep 6 guests. Each bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress for a restful nights’ sleep and views of the 2-acre pond from the window.

The bathroom has a shower tub combo, perfect for kids who prefer baths over showers or if you just want to soak. Linens are also provided (4 towels, bed sheets, kitchen towels). In the living area, you will find a small dinette under the 43” smart television, a queen sofa sleeper, and  a coffee table that raises up for an elevated workspace or extra table room.

Basic cleaning supplies will be provided such as 1 roll of paper towels and multi-purpose cleaner.  The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your major appliances, cooking utensils, pots & pans, glassware, & bakeware.

Enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning on the back porch that looks out over the pond. Make sure to bring your favorite K-cups to use with the Keurig Coffee machine. The outdoor space behind the cabin provides a park style charcoal BBQ pit along with a picnic table and  a woodburning firepit with cooktop swing grate.

We are a pet friendly location. Please call the office and ask about our breed restrictions and pet fees. The washateria is available for onsite laundry in our bathhouse facility. If you like to fish, we have a quarter mile river front access where you can fish from the bank, or you can fish in the 2-acre pond. Want to bring your boat? Our boat ramp, approximately 100 yards away, was designed with all types of boats in mind. Whether you have a bass boat or pontoon, rest assured that your launch will run smoothly. Extra trailer parking available on site. There are a couple of small stores in Trinity (a 5-minute drive to the North) or Riverside (a 2-minute drive to the South) for other items or groceries that you may need.

If you are not familiar with the area. Huntsville, TX has several things to do and is about a 20-minute drive. There are several museums to choose from. The Williamson Ranch is a local ranch where you can go horseback riding and visit the petting zoo. Huntsville offers several retail stores and restaurants to choose from for a day of shopping. Houston, TX would be a great day trip and is about an hour and a half away with options like the Childrens Museum and NASA or the Houston Zoo or the Aquarium.
